DERBY LAW CENTRE is a registered charitable legal practice, governed by Law Society guidelines and monitored by the Legal Services Commission.  DLC delivers quality of life improvements for people and their communities within Derby. We are an independent, community legal practice giving free legal advice to residents of Derby City. We are a registered charity; we are funded by DERBY CITY COUNCIL, THE COMMUNITY LEGAL SERVICE, THE COMMUNITY FUND, the DTI, and DONATIONS.  We are also a member of the LAW CENTRES FEDERATION

which operates as a support organisation for law centres nationally.
